It also describes your rights and how to exercise them.

3. How We Use Your Information and Legal Bases
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every use of your data needs a legal basis. We use your information as follows:
- To operate your account and provide the game, website, and user control panel — necessary for the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To link your game, Discord, Steam, and FiveM identities for sign-in and role synchronization — performance of our contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To enforce our rules, detect cheating, prevent ban evasion, and keep the community safe — our legitimate interest in providing a fair and safe service (Art. 6(1)(f)). This includes moderation records, technical identifiers, login records, and other information reasonably necessary to investigate cheating, fraud, abuse, or violations of our rules.
- To communicate with you about updates, changes, and support requests — performance of our contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for optional communications.
- To improve our services and fix problems — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), using aggregated or technical data wherever possible.
- To comply with the law, for example responding to lawful requests from authorities — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced those interests against your rights. You may object at any time (see Section 10).
4. Automated Decision-Making (Anticheat)
Our server uses automated anticheat systems to detect cheating software and unauthorized game manipulation. Automated systems may identify suspected cheating activity and temporarily remove a player from the server while the detection is reviewed. Before a permanent anticheat ban is imposed, the available evidence is reviewed and confirmed by an authorized staff member. Automated detections and enforcement actions are logged for security, auditing, and administrative purposes. In accordance with our server rules, permanent anticheat bans are final and cannot be appealed.
5. Cookie Usage
Our websites use only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies:
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in to the user control panel
- Local storage entries that remember interface preferences (for example, collapsed menus)
- Security cookies set by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) to protect the site against abuse
We do not use advertising, profiling, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service you request, they do not require a consent banner. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in.
6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including access controls, staff permission tiers, and audit logging of staff actions in the user control panel.
We retain personal data as follows:
- Account and gameplay data — for as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, we erase or anonymize it, subject to the exceptions below.
- Moderation records and bans — retained only for as long as necessary to administer and enforce our rules, prevent repeated abuse, and protect our community.
- Banned accounts — If your account has been suspended or permanently banned, we may retain information necessary to enforce the ban, prevent ban evasion, protect the security and integrity of our services, investigate abuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. During the period that such retention is necessary, requests to erase this information may be refused. Once the information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
- Technical logs (including IP addresses) — retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized.
We periodically review retained data. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Infrastructure and service providers that help us operate the platform, such as Cloudflare (content delivery and security), our hosting providers, our email delivery provider, and the WebRTC relay used to transmit live moderation views. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
- Platform services required for the game to function, such as Cfx.re / FiveM (game platform and sign-in), Steam, Rockstar Games, and Discord (account linking and community roles). Their own privacy policies apply to their processing.
- Our store payment processor, if you make a purchase; payment card details are handled by the processor and never stored by us.
- Law enforcement or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where we do so, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards applied to a specific transfer.
9. Your Rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the following rights under the GDPR; we extend them to all players where feasible:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We may retain information necessary to enforce bans, prevent ban evasion, protect the security and integrity of our services, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data while a dispute is resolved
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. A list of EU authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu.
- We may refuse — requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive where permitted by applicable law.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Age Requirement
Grand Theft Auto V is an adult-rated game. Our services are intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to create an account or use our services.
If we become aware that an account belongs to, or is being used by, someone under the age of 18, we may suspend or permanently ban the account until sufficient proof of age is provided. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, the account may remain permanently banned.
If you believe that someone under the age of 18 is using our services, please contact us.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes through our website, the user control panel, or our Discord, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Legal Basis Summary
In summary, we process your personal information based on: the necessity to perform our contract with you (providing the game and its services), our legitimate interests (community safety, cheat prevention, fraud prevention, and service improvement), your consent (optional features and communications), and our legal obligations. Section 3 explains which basis applies to each purpose.
